Come on out for a day of fun at the fair! All net proceeds will go to support the Fall Creek Elementary school programs. We are planning many great carnival games, attractions, delicious fair food, teacher raffles and much more!
PARTNERSHIPS:
We hope you will consider partnering with us for our 13th Cardinal County Fair. The Cardinal County Fair is a FUN event enjoyed by FCE students as well as their families, friends, and the entire Fall Creek Community.
Below are the options for sponsorship levels (all donations are tax deductible):
Blue Ribbon Sponsor - $500
Red Ribbon Sponsor- $250
*Media outlets include Facebook, Nextdoor, School Newsletter, Event Brochure and Event Entrance Banners
Don't wait in line at the fair! Purchase your tickets online in advance and save 20% off the price at the door. TICKETS WILL COST $1.00 EACH ON THE DAY OF THE FAIR.
Pre-sale deadline is Wednesday, November 1st at 10:00 p.m.
25 tickets = $20
50 tickets = $40
75 tickets = $60
($20 per 25 tickets)
Games & Attractions:
All games and attractions will ONLY TAKE TICKETS. Games will range in the number of tickets required, varying from 1 ticket to 6 tickets depending on the attraction.
Please include first and last name. Tickets will be available for pick-up at the Cardinal County Fair Will Call on the day of the fair.
If you have any special requirements for ticket distribution (i.e. ticket order split between multiple students) please provide details here.
TICKET DISTRIBUTION:
Tickets for Community Members will be available for pick-up at the Cardinal County Fair's Will Call table on Saturday, November 9th.
Deadline for pre-ordering discounted tickets is Wednesday, November 6th by 10:00 p.m.
Deadline for partnerships is Thursday, October 31st.
**All ticket sales are final and no reimbursements for unused tickets will be provided**
